Very poor supplier. No phone contact possible, email only, which is frustrating and laborious. Ordered a laptop which didn't work on receipt. After lot of hassle, returned it for refund. Kikatek's response was to say it was working and was now ' used ' so 15% would be taken off my refund. It was not ' used '. I had only managed to switch it on and off! I bought it through Amazon so having to make a claim for full refund. I strongly advise not to have anything to do with this outfit!
