On arriving at our destination after a five hour drive we found to our horror that our accommodation had been cancelled due to non payment from krugerpark.com.
Our whole holiday was based around this particular venue.They did find alternative accommodation another 3 hours drive away which was not what we wanted,but were at the mercy of the booking agents.At least we are South Africans and are very familiar with the area where we were re-directed to.Can you imagine if this happened to overseas visitors.I have made a phone call to the Cape Town ofices over a week ago and sent emails and to dat,e have never received a letter of apology or response.
