Good Points
Good vfm, natural formula, easy to swallow.

Bad Points
Would like duration of use more clearly defined

General Comments
Used these some years ago and found them mildly beneficial; now trying them again and fairly impressed after a couple of weeks, quite relaxing during day, improve quality of sleep at night.

Beware of mixing with other medications and overdosing
