Talex lite warns well of possible camera sites

Update kit never arrived despite being paid for.
No response to any communications.

General Comments
I ordered and paid for a 3 year update for my Talex lite in August 2008. No update has come nor have they responded to emails, phone or even recorded delivery letters.
