DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT SAVE YOURSELF SOME HASSLE AND SIMPLY SET FIRE TO YOUR MONEY. If I could have put a 'zero' star rating I would have done so here. If you use their postal range they say they have no way of checking delivery / arrival of the flowers. Even though I paid for a signed delivery. The website is poor too as I sent two bouquets to different addresses. The website also wanted to send the second bouquet to the same address as the first one - ie two bouquets to the one address on different weeks! The second order overwrote the first order and I had to make a telephone payment. Additionally they don't email you to let you know the order has been sent or for that matter if delivery was made. Poorest service I have encountered in a long. long time.
