I ordered flowers and a card for my sister's birthday. I ordered early in the morning for a next day delivery as clearly stated on the website and in the confirmation email I received after paying. The flowers did not arrive and my sister has no birthday present. When I called to enquire, I was told that I should have read the small print in the terms and conditions which states that the delivery date is not guaranteed. The seller was very snotty about it and basically blamed Royal Mail. She said I could not even cancel the order to obtain a refund unless they didn't arrive 48 hours after the delivery date.
Avoid this company like the plague and use a local florist (I thought this was at first because I put "florist + [the town name]" into Google), but of course it is actually a great big global chain that could not give a stuff about ruining anyone's special occasion.
