Please, please do not book through this operator. They have to be the worst service provider I have ever come across. Their level of customer service is incredibly poor, do not expect follow up on any queries, they will deny you asked the question you did ask; you may spend up to 20 minutes waiting for the priviledge of speaking to someone from customer services, who will then inform you "i don't know i don't work for customer services?!" The triple price match also does not exist. Unfortunately i am stuck with a holiday provided by them, which i will me amazed if it ever comes off! Overall if i could rate them zero stars I would
