I booked a flight to Orlando with On the Beach (July 2010) When I spoke to the sales Advisor he quoted a flight, he mentioned that the luggage amount was 20kg. Which for 2 weeks was a bit less so we asked if we can pay extra. He said YES by 10kg but can only be done after booking your ticket. WHAT A LIE. I have found out that I cannot increase my luggage and 5 other friends EVEN THOUGH IT STATES WE CAN ON THEIR WEBSITE! I HAVE COMPLAINED BUT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. THE MANAGER AT OTB SAID I WOULD BE BETTER OFF PAYING EXCESS AT THE AIRPORT WHICH ONLY COSTS £7-8. LIE!!! I FOUND OUT IT COST £12.00 THEY LIED AGAIN! I HAVE PUT IN A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO ON THE BEACH, MONARCH AND ABTA!! LETS SEE IF THIS GETS RESOLVED BEFORE MY FLIGHT. BUT DONT USE THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE CHEAP BUT YOU WILL NOT ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY.
