Bad Points
Staff dont seem to speak english...they know the menu..but dont or wont answer questions about it !
you had better know what you are doing before you order !

General Comments
Sakura, Hanover Square is one of my most favourite restaurants, a genuine Japanese experience. I have read in many places that people dont like the service there. I think you need to speak Japanese like most of the other customers.

Consistently excellent food - I have been an intermittent customer for more than a decade.
