Didnt deliver flowers. Lied about emails. Had to start legal action for a refund.
General Comments
Ordered flowers for a friend in hospital from Serenata Flowers. Didnt ask anything about them for a week as it looked like I was fishing for a thank you. Eventually asked how they where, only to find out never arrived. Emailed them, and got rapid reply saying "refused by hospital" and they offered to redeliver week-old flowers as a "goodwill gesture". I refused week-old ones and asked for refund. Ended up persuing via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.
