Absolutely awful,I booked flights through them ,when I received the details I was instructed to log onto Ryanairs site and confirm my booking and download my E ticket this prooved rather difficult as I was in fact flying with Thompson.Felt a right plonker when I complained to Ryanair that their

system wascrap and was told that I was not booked to fly with them.After many attempts and cosiderable expense I managed to sort it with Othe beach.It was like talking to congenital idiots.

I will never use this company again and advise everyone to avoid them like the plague.

PS I might sue them for the hair I lost
