Just booked holiday for nine of us online. Did not notice the charges for baggage which appears right at the bottom of the screen where you cannot see it (because the confirm button is above this note about the baggage). Once confirmed we could not go back and cancel and ended up paying for the bagagge which we thought was included in the final price. Called OTB straight away to cancel, they told us we would loose all our money. I got in touch with ABTA to complain, got a man at the other side waste of time I was on the call for 15 minutes(50p/minute, he told me after 15 min thats the OTB server was not working and could not do anything about it.
There are so many bad reviews about this company I want to get my money back. Any advice on who else we can complain to, I am going to ring trading standards tommorow and take the matter further. Has anyone actually managed to get their money back and how????
