“i travelled with 8 family members to icmeler in July...”

i travelled with 8 family members to icmeler in July 2009 with OTB holidays. Although the holidays was fantastic, halfway through the holiday we had been advised that our return flight would be delayed for atleast 7 hours due to time changes. When i called OTB they had told me my transfer times from the apartments had been changed so we did not have to sleep in the airport all night with a 1 year old baby and a 4 year old. Unfortunately this was not the case and the transfer people picked us up as arranged the night before our flight as OTB had NOT relayed the fact fight times had changed. I felt that once you pay with them they dont care about the customer anymore and the service you recieve is terrible. This now being November OTB holidays have been far from mind for sometime until yesterday when £150 was taken from my account as OTB said the balance of my holiday was outstanding, even though the balance in full was paid in May a full 2 months before i was due to leave for my holiday. After phoning OTB holidays the staff there have been unhelpful in everyway possible, also saying they have not taken the money yet the bank has clearly told me they have. This being my 1st time booking with this shower i can assure you i will never book with them again so beware when using them to travel abroad as they might offer cheap holidays but it is the same old story, u only get what you pay for and as far as OTB are concerned, once you have paid they dont want to know about your problems or even want to resolve them. Fortunately my bank is now investigating this matter for me and i have should hopefully get my money back but if i was you i would stay clear of them and use tour operators you know and trust.
