“I still think that this company is a joke..I have...”

I still think that this company is a joke..I have booked a combined holidays with them (flights and a hotel). First of all 3 days before departure I realised they have not sent me any hotel voucher even though teh booking said I am paying my initial amount for both. When I called them they said there was no availability for this hotel (where 7 of my other friends booked!!). I had a terrible time searching for availability somewhere else which I fortunately found finally. They were not able to explain what happened that my hotel was not booked and I can't be bothered to investigate:(

Second - as I was flying with ryanair I should check online (I know they have only an online check in). In the morning before my flight I was trying to check in and it didn't work. They have not sent me a weird email address with which I should have checked in. Only after interventions and a day of my holiday wasted I got it and could check -in in the last minute.

What a company??!! My friends as it turned out had also bad experiences with them - the agency booked a hotel for a night longer than they should and my friends missed their flight.



Never ever otb even if they seem to be cheaper (actually they are not and always check individual flights on skyscanner before you book with them).

Unfortunately nothing good about this agency and believe me I have booked with many such as alpharooms, kayak, wsh, hotels.com, thomascook etc and never had any bad experience.

Their rules, right and conditions are written in a very obscure way and they keep on sending you thousand of things that you have to spend ages reading and understanding them. Do not book with them - I am warning you!
