Booked to travel premium. Ok on the way out but on the return flight there was a change to the aircraft and we were not told that we had been downgraded. We only found out when we boarded. Thomson had known about the change in aircraft 3 days earlier and claim to have informed our rep but that message never reached us. Cabin crew were very surly with all the passengers who had been donwgraded and told us that we should be grateful that we were being flown home on time. So no premium seats, meals, drinks or entertainmnet. Have been told that i will be refunded for the extra money i paid for the premium seats on the return journey but they do not pay compensation or apologise in writing.
