“I went to On the Beach Holidays to book a two week...”

I went to On the Beach Holidays to book a two week holiday with the family. After booking flights and hotel online it ask me to ring as there was less then 7 days to go. Taking to a sale girl she confirmed the price and checked the availability she informed me the hotel I wanted was book up and she would help me get an other one, we found another hotel and I booked. On receipt of my email I was horrified to find that she had booked for one week not two and flights and hotle, I called back straight away only to get cut off several times and to be told different thing all the time. They were no help at all and pass me round until Id get cut off. All the time getting nothing changed or done, with only days to go on a holiday Im now paying £900 more then the two week I wanted online. STAY AWAY
