Good Points
Reasonably easy to use for 1st time buyers

Bad Points
Maps do not seem to me to be up to date. Example,tried inputting a valid house number (14) and postcode but pop up message said "enter a number between 22 and 99. What happened to numbers 1 to 21

General Comments
The product design and specification of Tom Tom One is very good. The only mounting cradle is the suction one that fixes to the windscreen,would be good if TomTom sold a cradle for mounting on the dashboard.
