Good Points
Fantastically reliabe machine, very good at what is does, commutes and tours with ease, cheap to run and maintain.
Bad Points
Front brakes can go off the boil.
General Comments
This GSX is a very good all round machine, I have ridden mine for 40,000 miles since Jan 1999 and it only let me down twice, on both occasions the battery needed changing. I have had 3 sets of tyres, 3 sets of front pads 1 set of rears 1 chain/sprocket and a set of head bearings. She averages 49 mpg and easily hits 140 mph.
