Good Points
Tickets arrived on time and everything we booked through on the beach was exact.

General Comments
Customer services department wasn't very helpful. When we booked our holiday we were told that when the full balance was paid we would get an e-mail to confirm but we didn't, so I had to get in touch with them. When I calculated I realised that we'd over paid only by £5.00 or something but that's not the point imagine if they've done that to every customer. Apart from this though I would maybe consider booking through otbeach again as they do free child places.
