Good Points
They did actually answer the phone after about 10 Minutes of Constant Ringing.

Bad Points
They Cancel Flights, Do not respond to Emails of Telephone calls. Unprofessional and common service.

General Comments
I booked my flights through on the beach, and the booked my accommodation separate, confirm the night we were to be there etc...



Everything was going well until i got a message from on the beach, so i rung back straight away, it took around 7 minutes for someone to answer my call, and when they did the lady was very unprofessional and not very well spoken, I then had to leave a message because she could not find the employ that left the message.



When they finally called me back i was told that we couldn't have the flights we booked as there website was not up to date and the flights were not available. (The Flights were still on the website whilst on the phone to him, and are still on there at this very moment which states there are 10 seats available). I was then told we can have flights at different times and you will have to pay the extra cost, (i could not do this as my partner and my self have work commitments and could not afford to pay the difference).

At the end of the call i was told that an email would be forwarded to me to confirm the booking had been cancelled and no monies will be exchanged.



I never received this email, so decided to forward an email kindly asking for the Cancellation email.

I then received an email confirming my booking was still going ahead and was all paid for fully.



I then got cross at the one simple thing that was asked from them and sent an email of complaint to the company, Re: there unprofessional image and there mess up's and requested an apology for the inconvenience caused and an explanation as to why this happened as i had to cancel my apartment and rearrange my holiday. I then received an email saying '' Booking is cancelled apologies for our error''


Guess they don't send actual Cancellation forms out like other companies do.



I also went away last year with them and it was rubbish, i don't know why i gave them the benefit of the doubt.
