Good Points
Excellent rifle, can be had at a reasonable price. Very comfortable, quite accurate.

Bad Points
Makes me want to go broke buying accessories for it. May not be legal in all areas. The CA legal version of this rifle is pretty useless.

General Comments
I received the Bushmaster XM-15 in late December. I have put a little over 500 rounds through it. It has been 100% reliable. The 16 inch barrel version is very comfortable to handle and accurate for it's length. The AR-15 platform also allows the shooter to replace the upper portion to make a rifle that is fit for the specific purpose it will be used for. All around good buy, just invest in some good magazines.
