RUBBISH" NEVER AGAIN ! NOT EVEN BEEN ON HOLIDAY YET!

BOOKED THROUGH OPERATOR AS I PHONED FOR SOME ADVICE?

PAID DEPOSIT, SENT CHEQUE FOR BALANCE AS WAS ASKED TO DO,

SINCE THEN HAVE HAD MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, PHONED

ASSURED IT WOULD BE PUT STRAIGHT BACK! ONLY TO FIND THEY HAD TAKEN SAME AMOUNT OUT AGAIN PUT ME OVERDRAWN,RECEIVING BANK CHARGES WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD.

1 WEEK LATER DECIDED TO PUT MONEY BACK, IN TWO AMOUNTS £4.10 SHORT!

NOW DREADING HOLIDAY.
