Good Points
Customer service support is excellent, they supported me through the cancellation of my flights by the airline.

Bad Points
Sometimes they can be hard to get through to on the phone but emails usually get answered within a two or three days.

General Comments
The staff know what they are talking about and will do their best to help which is all you can ask an agent to do for you.
