Good Points
Cost. You can choose flights that suit you according to date, price and time.

Bad Points
Very little communication once you had booked. Didn't even get confirmation that I'd paid the holiday in full, just got my travel tickets a week before.

General Comments
I used otbeach to book 2 weeks in a 4 star hotel in Algarve in June for a family of 3 and have no complaints. The same fortnight in the same hotel with a high street travel agent was almost 3 times more expensive (I paid £800, high street £2200).

OK, we had to book our own transfers but I'm glad that I didn't pay for the services of a travel rep who we wouldn't see anyway.

Overall, I have no complaints about otbeach and would use them again.
