same as other users. Ordered a knofe sharpener on 3rd Dec, emailed 20th Dec to chase it up, no email back from them. Their "customer service" 0871 number never answered and they have taken money out of my account. all i have to show for it is a big mobile phone bill. The same crowd also run another company called "Offers Direct" - they keep changing their name. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
