I bought a VW Beetle from Rusty Eck Ford. I negotiated for the car on the 7th of August but they had to detail it and the deal was not going to be final till I picked up the car. They dated everything the 7th which in turn shorted my 30 day warranty since I did not pick the car up till the 13th of August. I have owned the car a month and the car is a piece of junk. I cannot get the ignition to turn half of the time because the alarm system is messed up. The air conditioner is making noise. It does not get gas mileage like one would think that a VW would get. I have gone back and talked to them but they don't want to do anything for me. I will end up making double payments to pay the car down so I can afford to get rid of it. I told them that I would buy another car from them if they would just take this junker back. I think if I buy a car and within 30 days everything is falling apart, they woud fix it or take it back, but since I was just out of the window because they wrote the paper work up on the 7th, they said I am just stuck. I would not buy another car from them for anything. I would suggest to anyone that thought about buying from them to think twice.

I am a very unsatisfied customer. I feel as though I was ripped off and now they are hiding behind every little thing they can. Customer satisfaction for them means nothing, in my opinion. My wife has been stuck trying to deal with the folks and of course they are not working with her. I had to deploy overseas and I cannot deal with the folks myself. I think this is ridiculous and of course by the time I get back to the United States, they will act like they don't know me. I think that some sort of time should be on hold till I can get back to the United States since I am hear protecting their right to treat me like this.
