Utterly useless.



The website promises the earth but the company fail to deliver.



According to their own criteria I fell into the "Fair" category which still has a very high APR but that is the price that I would have to pay bearing in mind my history which has, however, been impeccable for the last couple of years.



Applied online on Thursday the 7th of APril and received an email confirmation and text straight away telling me my application was being processed.



Logging into the customer area for the next week this was shown as the status but I never received a single telephone call from them.



Today I received an email telling me that my "Loan was approved" logging into the customer area I was then told "Sorry, we were unable to place your loan"



Waste of time, don't bother with them, just try your own bank. If they say no then at least you know where you stand quickly.
