“Have closed my account as now have to pay a surcharge...”

Have closed my account as now have to pay a surcharge of £10 if I need a cheque made out. Appreciate I only have a Cashbuilder account but money is put into the account every month which Nationwide use and to charge me £10 for wanting some of it myself is the pits. Also I live in a very rural area and all the local agencies have been closed down now need to travel 34 mile round trip to get to a branch. Enough is enough - Nationwide you need to treat your customers differently!!
