Myself and my husband had been loyal customers of this Building Society for 22 years. My husband lost his job and I had to take over repayments. If you want to have sanity and no depression please do not use Nationwide as they use aggressive, bully boy tactics even when you are making repayments of 80% of the original repayment. I could not believe that loyalty could be so sorely misplaced.
