My husbands van was stolen before Christmas which has been really traumatic time for him. His van was unfortunately insured with Ageas.
Considering that we live in 21st century its beggars belief why nothing can be emailed to them, everything needs to be sent via post.
Then “they haven’t received the documents” so you have to send them via recorded delivery-again.
All to delay your claim and the outcome.
They should be on their customer’s side, that is why we insure things- for EMERGENCIES, but for them, another lost letter is another opportunity not to pay and delay things.
Don’t know who is worst, the person who stole my husband’s vehicle, his ways and means to get to work, earn money, pay tax ….or this insurance company who after what we have gone through keeps delaying things and is totally and utterly useless.
