only just changed over and they messed everything up was sursposed to be on prepayment on the smart meter but they changed it to a credit meter which a week to swap it to a credit meter also I would never recommend the broadband because the download speeds are far lower than your line can handle was surposed to get 19 which sky was giving us and everyone else can but we am getting 15mb download speed and we am only up the road from the exchange we can see it from our flat completely useless
