“Great service - as you would expect!”

I've travelled with Kuoni many times before and have always found them easy to deal with and knowledgeable about destinations, flights, hotels, etc.

I had a slight problem with the hotel booking while on holiday - not really anyone's fault - but it did mean I had extra expense. When my travel consultant contacted me on my return, I explained the situation to her and within hours she contacted me to let me know that I would be reimbursed. Can't say fairer than that.

I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them.
