“WORST ISP EVER!!! UNBELIEVABLE.”

I ordered a Broadband and phone package in December (18th) 2016. I was waiting ages for word but then they emailed me asking me to contact them. I phoned and was told that they had accidently placed my order twice... and that they had cancelled the wrong one. Eventually, I was given a date to go live 25th Jan 2017.. I phoned them on the 24th to say that I had not received a router...they checked and said it had not been sent but a manager would post one out overnight. I did receive a router the following morning which is the day I am supposed to go live... it was second hand and Unsecured!!! Tried to phone them but was on the phone over 35mins and no one answered, I went on chat and no one answered so I have made a complaint....AND.....guess what??? It is now 7.40pm on the 25th Jan 2017 and I'm still not live.... by the morning I will have no phone or broadband...now what!!!!!! AVOID THIS OUTFIT THEY ARE *** MERCHANTS!!!!
