“worst customer service ever”

They didn't reply to my emails after my order didn't arrive, didn't reply to messages I left on the answerphone. It's deeply frustrating to have to call up 10 times to get finally get through. The person I spoke to promised to investigate and call back. Nothing. Called again, same thing happened. Called again (another 10 times or so) and spoke to someone who did then call me back with some information. Said that the order would be sent out again but as of today I'm still waiting.
