General Comments
After having classic cars for many years, I retired and wanted a good reliable and affordable car.
When visiting friends in Czechia I covered large mileages in a Skoda, so when looking for the above, I thought I would give them a try. My local Skoda dealer could not have been more helpful, and I was given a test drive. There was no contest! I bought a new Skoda Fabia 1.2 12v Classic on the spot and it has given me trouble free running since then.
An added bonus was that when someone shunted into the back of me, I took the car to my dealer. It was booked into their bodyshop where I was then put in contact with their own claims company who sorted out my claim which didn't affect my Insurance Company and provided me with a courtesy car for the time that mine was in the workshop.
Excellent car and excellent after sales service.
