Booked MOT at Washington Kwik-Fit (online) which was easy. Took car in at allocated time, left it with them (very pleasant) Got a call a couple of hours later, car had passed. When I went to pick it up they got my car straight away, pulled it up for me and again were very pleasant, no complaints
