I feel I've been robbed also, I have experienced all the things you others have and keep getting told I'm in a queue, I'm worried I'm going to lose my money, have any of you got an Atol number on your booking acknowledgement because I have checked that and it dosnt exist, going to ring them tomorrow and see what they advise.
