“Not a Diet! Great”

I have never been overweight until I hit the menopause then before I knew it 2stone had crept on it gave me all sorts problems but I kept making excuses as to why I couldn't go on a diet until I found Nutracheck. NO points, NO syns to worry about just calories and fat it is NOT a diet it's a new way of looking at food. I lost a stone in the first 2 and half months of using it and that included Christmas! I must admit weighing everything in the beginning was a bit of bind but quickly you get used to what a 50 or 100g looks like and so it becomes easier. I only have app only so don't know what extras you get with the website.
It has to be the easiest way to loose weight it also has a great forum with great people to help if you need it . Well done Nutracheck keep up the good work.
