“Poor service and neglect responsibility”

We ordered main kitchen from wren and utility kitchen costing total £24000 approx.

They have done a few mistakes to my kitchen which the designer ( a female) refuses to admit and refuse to rectify.

1.
They had incorrectly put into drawings a wall unit 600mm which actually should be 800mm ( the one we pointed at that was in their showroom at castle boulevard was 800mm wide).

2.
We have preferred for an integrated cooker hood into the wall cabinet originally but the designer incorrectly quoted us the price for a ceiling cooker extractor which was £1600 approx therefore resulting us ordering a normal cheaper exposed one. Only after the kitchen was delivered the designer found out her mistake when we visited at the showroom.. she also refused to admit her fault saying we have already signed the contract and should have done any changes before .

3. Customer service says the designer has to admit it is their fault then they can do something about it. Now the designer does not admit her fault they cannot do anything about it.

At the time of delivery customer service was only able to follow up and re-deliver a few missing items .

I had a horrible experience with Wren, they got no after sales service at all the while it says 5 or more years warranty at their showroom for their kitchens and now my kitchen is not fully installed yet and so many problems !

My advice is put your money elsewhere.
