Six years a customer, but for a week now cannot send ANYTHING I've created. Comcast says Smilebox not updating their site. Smilebox won't take responsibility. Comcast has given me a long laundry list of steps Smilebox must take. Seriously? I need to tell Smilebox what to fix? Have had trouble on and off for over a year. About to give up and try a different App. Smilebox ability to send is totally nonfunctional.
