Ordered a burgandy backrest cushion and snow boots for my dad 28/11/16, snow boots arrived 18/12/16 with receipt stating both products delivered. Rang Easylife and told to ignore receipt as cushion not sent but in stock so should be with me before xmas. By New Year no delivery but receive email saying cushion in depot and too late for me to change or cancel order but a bit confused as had not asked to. Emailed 'help' department and told delivery would be with me in 7 days. 11 days later email 'help' again as no delivery and receive reply to say burgandy colour no longer available but I could have beige one. Reply saying don't care about colour but how come burgandy was still available when held in depot and was not allowed to be changed but now suddenly wasn't. Where had it disappeared to? Then emailed that beige cushion is on way and will be delivered 16/01/17. HA! Nothing delivered, check yodel tracker and parcel is in depot awaiting instructions??? Email 'help' again and told delivery will be 19/01/17! It arrived 21/01/17 and it is cream not beige or burgundy. THE END
