“Website ordering”

Bloomex has pretty good deals however they are challenging to get. Vouchers and Platinum memberships for discounts/free delivery can only be used immediately if you use a phone order. This can be problematic if you are trying to decide what flowers you want and what you want your message to be. I did receive a phone call to try and figure this out but the person on the line seemed pretty impatient so I didn't feel like I could trust the multiple orders I wanted to place would be taken down correctly. It would be helpful if you could immediately use vouchers and memberships immediately on the net and if you could place multiple orders at the same time.
