“Agoda is unfaithful ”

I had a very bad experience from Agoda. I booked a hotel with offer showing pay later free cancellation whereas my credit card was debited and confirmation voucher says this booking is Non-Refundable. Also for another booking Agoda is getting the booking done through booking.com. It's better to book from other sites than Agoda which seems unprofessional team
