Painless purchase process. Collected from store. Fitting! cistern could only be plumbed from one side. Not advised of this and not possible to change plumbing so back it went. WC base not level, slides on porcelain tiles and fittings dont line up. Basin waste not level on underneath so Bottle trap cannot screw on vertical,3 basins later and have given up. Now telling us we have had refund when we haven't. No longer store problem, talk to head office. Except no number for head office or customer services. Bathroom designed around this suite, tiles drilled for sink hangers and no sink will cover damage so will have to start again! Will cost a fortune to redo and retile! Bathstore STAY AWAY
