“caravan warranty repairs”

one or two issues when we bought the caravan off Campbells. Poor brakes and damp in both front and rear of caravan. Took the caravan back to campbells repair centre at farrington, what a difference in attitude.the front damp was repaired before we took delivery of the van, we took the van to the repair centre for the brakes to be repaired and the rear damp to be assessed, which it was and to return to the repair centre at a mutual date agreeable to both parties for repair,which it was. He looked after us on both occasions when we returned it to the repair centre with professionalism and politeness.
