“This is a joke”

After 6 months of waiting I finally received compensation from Northern rail for their more-than-an-hour delayed train. £15- a joke!

My review of them- incompetent bunch of people unable to run the company. Trains are constantly late, broken or delayed. Surprisingly there is always someone who finds the time to check the tickets (even though they are gates on the stations) and charge you extra for standing place on their old and slow trains.

Northern rail: anything bad happen to you or your family/friends don't you ever say it's unfair- it's the price you pay for disrespecful treatment of people around you and that's include your customers. That's my curse to you.

I'll recommend avoiding northern rail at all times.
