“REFUND OF NON FUNCTIONING ITEMS STILL COSTS MONEY!”

A KlikR (Bluetooth to WiFi converter) Non functional item sent. Only communication with this diabolical firm is by ultra slow e message. After many unanswered messages they eventually answered. The arcane returns procedure means one has to delve within the bowels of the tracking page.
Finally they sent me a returns label after many stupid and fatuous e messages. 10 days later they accepted the item was non-functional and refunded only the amount of the product-no postage refund. I complained and have heard nothing!!!
Luckily it was only a small item so the cost was not great-however I am still out of pocket!!!
Even though they are cheap -I certainly will look elsewhere for a new laptop. Avoid these sheisters at all cost
