“Flat battery at home”

Everything was good including the response time of 35 minutes except I asked GEM if the breakdown company could be asked to bring and install a new battery when they visited. On speaking to the breakdown company they had not been asked. However, they phoned me before visiting and I managed to arrange it with them directly and a new battery was delivered and fitted.
