We had an oil boiler fitted in January 2016. The salesman was very helpful and the boiler was fitted on the arranged date, and to date it has been very satisfactory. The problems started when I rang to book an annual service. I rang 3 times over 2 weeks and was told each time they would call back, but nobody did. I finally rang the salesman to see if he could sort it out, and he said he would get them to ring me, which eventually they did, only to be told they don't service oil boilers. I rang the salesman back who was shocked to be told they didn't service oil boilers!!!
They suggested I ring Worcester Bosch who wanted £126 for a service.
