The person I dealt with was very helpful . He answered all my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. . I originally booked incorrect dates and was very worried was going to be a major problem to rearrange. But he assisted and put my mind at rest. It's a pity all customer service representatives in all companies are not as helpful and friendly as him. Also he gave me advice and hints and tips which I really appreciated. Overall he came across as a lovely friendly genuine guy. I am now really looking forward to my forthcoming holiday. Thank you xxx
